Die Cast Industry’s First Quad Spray Head Launched

(Benton Harbor)—Advance Products Corporation unveiled the die casting industry’s first quad outlet spray head that delivers improved spraying density at a dramatically lower cost.

The new model SH-3004 Quad Spray Head features four interchangeable nozzles, each of which can be configured for different spray patterns. The SH-3004—interchangeable with all the company’s spray manifolds—can be configured with all nozzles on the ejector side, cover side, or opposed with two per die half. The SH-3004 has a list price of $300.

Advance Products is the first company to design and manufacture a four-nozzle spray head for the die casting industry, according to David Kraklau, president of Advance Products Corporation.

“The SH-3004 Quad represents a significant step forward in the design of spray heads,” said Kraklau.

The quad design offers numerous benefits over the traditional dual head:

The SH-3004 Quad spray body comes with a 10-year warranty and has a one million cycles guarantee against leakage of component failure.
